• Can I operate the puppet?

    All puppets are exclusively operated by our own trained puppeteers or in some cases by the client’s experienced team.

  • Will you perform rain or shine?

    For outdoor performances, we have some puppets that work well in the rain and wind. We will not perform during lightning, snow, or high wind, in order to protect our puppets and puppeteers.

  • Can I order an original puppet/costume/prop?

    Yes! Check out our commissions page for our previous works. Price will vary by type and design. Please contact us for a quote.

  • Will I be able to use your services if we are based outside of Connecticut or the U.S.?

    Yes! We want to visit you! Travel fees will be included in the budget.

  • How do I pay?

    Payment is due at time of service.

    Payment is either cash, check, or paypal.

  • Do you give discounts?

    We are open to giving discounts to schools and community groups at our own discretion.

  • Can you teach me how to make a puppet?

    We love your desire to learn about making giant puppets in our style. We currently do not have the capacity to offer classes - please stay tuned for our process videos on Instagram @annecubberly and @bestgiantpuppets.
